For Physicians. By Physicians.
You are not alone. There are moments in the day, often while in the midst of caring for patients, when you need answers – about new conditions, tests or treatments, or basic best practices. Trusted medical guidance exists, but digging through the massive quantity of information out there to find what your patient needs can be a challenge. And the ever-increasing mountain of new data makes it even harder to separate the “signal” from the “noise.”
We know what it’s like. We are doctors like you, and we’ve been there.
The PcMed Project arose from our goal of creating the resource we wish we had – easy-to-access, practical and action-oriented information, crafted to be readable in those 5 minutes you have between patients. We ensure the system is quickly searchable and always mobile-friendly, also easily accessible on desktop or other systems. We want you to be able to navigate the medical information morass quickly and efficiently, making your day, work and life easier for you.
We are The PcMed Project. For Physicians. By Physicians.
Our Mission:
To be the primary educational resource for Primary Care professionals.
Our Vision:
Through the use of mobile-friendly platforms, The PcMED Project will provide knowledge and information that is:
- Evidence-based and oriented to professional standards and guidelines
- Easily searchable without endless tapping or clicking
- Practical and action oriented – “what you need when you need it”
We encourage our users to make this site their own by letting us know what you want to learn, share and read more about.
