Endometriosis Health Profile
The EHP is a validated questionnaire that can be used by patient’s to assess their health related quality of life related to endometriosis. There is a long core format (EHP-30) and a shorter format (EHP-6). Questions address domains such as pain, self image and emotional well being. The EHP is particularly helpful in clinical studies to help standardize outcome measures.
