LR-
Negative likelihood ratio. The likelihood that a given negative test result would be expected in someone with the disorder compared to the likelihood that the same result would be expected in a patient without the disorder. Likelihood ratios of 1 mean no effect on post test probabilities. For LR-, 0.2, 0.5 and 0.1 reflect mild (15%), moderate (30%) or large (45%) decrease in probability of disease, respectively.
