LR+
Positive likelihood ratio: The likelihood that a given positive test result would be expected in someone with the disorder compared to the likelihood that the same result would be expected in a patient without the disorder. Likelihood ratios of 1 mean no effect on post test probabilities. LR+ of 2, 5, and 10 reflect a mild (15%), moderate (30%) or large (45%) increase in probability of disease, respectively.
